Memorial Park is a nice and serene park that is amazing and great for good times. It is very open and provides plenty of shade for picnics or walking. The park features a great playground that is nice for kids, toddler friendly, and awesome for 3 to 15 year old people. There is a great big pavilion next to the park area with plenty of picnic tables and grills, making it amazing for lunches or dinner parties. The park is great for little walks, and it is one of the best places to walk your dog on a leash. It is a great park to sit at for events. Visitors should note there are no restrooms at the playground, with toilets located kind of far away. Restroom facilities are limited. The park closes right at dusk. The local police are very polite and professional. The park includes a Veteran Memorial and features Little Free Libraries. The atmosphere can be electric, especially for a baseball game with delicious food and amazing views. It is still the best park on Lake Saint Clair, where you can walk the shore and lose yourself in the beauty of the place.
