Sierra at the customer service desk is phenomenal. She is an absolute gem, extreme rarity in customer service these days. Understanding, helpful and knows her business backwards and forwards.
She bent over backwards to see that my move out experience was smooth and uneventful.
Such a breath of fresh air in today's world of giving the least service possible, she gives the most service possible and with genuine care and smile. Thank you for the help and stress free experience.
