Solo Records & Tapes is a wonderland for music-obsessed souls and one of the best record stores in SE Michigan. It is a down-to-earth, LGBTQ-friendly, and not pretentious place. The store carries a wide selection of well-priced new and used vinyl records, with a huge $1 section for used LPs. It is also literally the best place for cassettes and 8-tracks, and carries lots of CDs, 7" singles, and vintage stereo equipment. There is also a great movie section with many interesting titles. The staff is always friendly, helpful, kind, and very reasonable. Prices are consistently great and fair, making it the place to go for anyone looking for great deals. You will not be disappointed.

Fair and honest price for records. Took 97% of my records. I could have spent months getting more money, but I saved a lot of time. I will spending my time on something else.
