I keep getting expired items, workers are rude, and they don't answer the phone

I was sold a milkshake that had been expired 3 weeks ago. Didn't notice until after I had purchased. No person to answer the phone, no contact from cooperate 7/11. Store is notoriously filthy and I have been denied a receipt for gas before.
