“I dropped my phone and it shut off and wouldn't turn back on, two other shops wouldn't work on my Google pixel, Verizon told me I would have to send it in and get a replacement.Charlie told me, "nah I gotchu, come back tomorrow."He lent me a loaner phone so I could still text and get phone calls, and my phone was fixed and ready the next day. It needed a new battery and a couple other things, less than 50 bucks and it was the best customer service I have ever received.”

This is a corporate location which is what we needed to handle the switch back to Verizon after just a matter of hours with the other carrier. I highly recommend this location.”

My phone broke yesterday and i was freaking out, i walked into the store around 5 last night and was very frusterated and explained the situation to Mark the sales rep that was working at the time. “Tonight we came up to get a few snacks and the clerk told my daughter he likes her glasses. She talked about it for fifteen minutes because it was the first time anyone ever told her they liked her glasses. We are on vacation from Florida and she has been having trouble with kids her age bullying her. So it was nice to have her feel so good about herself. Just thought I'd say thanks to the man working for uplifting her spirits! You probably didn't even know how much that would mean to her. Keep making people smile!”

But my papa has Alzheimer’s and took off and left flint an hr away to Saginaw. I left work and you did the best keeping him there and so did the cops. Thank you for the situation. Truly blessed everyone and puppy was ok. Could of been so much worse. Thank you for in my saving my papa from being lost.”

“Great place good people went there on a Thursday August 15 or Friday August 16 to look at a tv they were able to get me a good one for a decent price down fall is I gotta wait for it to get delivered which won’t be till August 26 and that is the week my payment is due so made the first payment and can’t enjoy it till the week I make my second payment all around I’m sure I will be happy wow my selection but delivery could be a bit quicker”

“The staff is friendly, they always say hi to me when I come in. Store is clean and well stocked. I always use the fountain drinks. My only two complaints is the parking lot is hard for larger cars and if it gets busy I would avoid the parking lot. Then my other complaint is that I bought a big gulp refill cup and it broke in two different place with in a week of buying it but at that point i didn't have the receipt anymore.”

“Slurpee machine is sometimes down, which is totally understandable but at least some flavors are working. (Slurpees are also better than Icee). Close gas to SVSU if you need a gallon or two before heading out. Nice workers that understand the late night run to restock on alcohol.”
