Based on my situation moving from Vermont to Michigan, it gave me as much time as I needed to load all my belongings use as much space as I needed. Then I could drive my own vehicle to my new home with what I needed for a couple nights. Then the trailer arrived, and I had plenty of time to unload.

The people I’ve talked to at ABF were all very helpful, but it appears the Saginaw MI hub is understaffed so a terminal pickup was difficult since I had to wait until the drivers returned from their route to load me up.
