“Amazing place to rent, place is affordable and close to many key locations. The walls are well-made so no need to be concerned about lousy neighbours in their own unit. The staff and landlords offer great and quick service, will respond quickly to any concerns or issues.
I would actually give this place a 4.5/5, but this is not their fault, this place is located between two main roads, which tends to get noisy during active drive hours with the occasional dj driving by and playing their music on the highest volume possible, which can be annoying if you are a person that enjoys a quiet place all the time, but the upsides highly compensate the downs. If you don't mind the occasional road noises around noon, then this is an ideal place to live!”
“I lived here since 2017 I do like living here Cassandra is very approachable person and she is nice and very strict with rules before it wasn't quite living hear but after Cassandra took over as property manager things are nice and quite here”
“I have lived at Castle Way for going on 2 years. Julie and Emma are awesome! The maintenance team spot on. I appreciate the quiet. Most everyone is respectful of their community. The grounds are kept well and the natural sunlight in my apartment makes my plants, my pet and myself very happy. It's true... this is where your home is your castle”
“Honestly, the space that you get for the price tag was very much worth it for my stay! The backyard, the in unit washer and dryer that I did not have to worry about while moving in or out, the space, everything about the apartment was very lovely for me. The maintenance man was LOVELY, and was so kind with every interaction. I was really only disappointed to see Lindsay and Andrea leave because they were WONDERFUL at their jobs!! I think there might need to be some updates to the apartment that corporate should complete, such as our roof leaking in the winter, and I believe there might have been some molding issues in the bathroom even though we kept the fan on during showers and usually the bathroom door open for ventilation. I don't see these things as an issue, I just think that they should be taken care of by the company so it does not become a bigger issue in the future. The service, price and space cannot be beat. It was a lovely stay and had I not been moving across the country, I would have stayed there for a long time in that townhome! Just lovely. Shout out to Lindsay, Andrea, and the maintenance team there!”
