“I loved living at Paris Place Apartments. Great management and maintenance. Great price for two BR with water, trash pickup, heat, and Internet included in the rent. Bus stops are across the street; one on State and one on North Carolina. Easy walk to Tony’s, 7/11, and more. I felt safe and loved living there, and left only because I bought a house.”

“Maintenance is pretty quick about your requests and are very kind. Very few complaints. I love how spacious these townhomes are and coming from an apartment to here is definitely an upgrade. I love the homey feel. The pool and gym are a plus, along with the playground for children. Only main complaint is the price. Unfortunately everywhere is getting more and more expensive.”

“My fiance and I lived here for 3 years. I’ll start off with all the good about it first. It’s a great area to live in, we had no issues with neighbors, we had the 1 bedroom 1 bath with a study which allowed us to use our washer and dryer, the pool is nice, we had a storage unit all 3 years and had no issues there, maintenance is very quick with requests and gets whatever done within a couple hours. The downfall are is that the apartment has a wall unit air conditioner that just absolutely sucks in the summer. It only air conditions the bedroom and hardly gets to the living/ dining rooms, the apartment it self needed major updates especially the price we were paying $873 and the major mold and mildew that would grow around the windowsills. We called the office about it and they said get bleach and it’ll go away. It always came back and I was constantly cleaning up mold.”
