“Store manager Matt is amazing. I had a lot of trouble getting my headlamp bulb out. Theres a clip thats just not friendly. And with it being a very expensive bulb, I was apprehensive about reinstalling. He came out to my car and installed it for me. He made sure all the lights worked before he was done. Amazing service, great attitude. Really made my night!”

When I walked through the door I was greeted with very sincere hello, my order was ready, all my questions were answered very professionally. This store needs more employees like this one. I would never look elsewhere if greeted and treated as I was on my last visit.”
“Best experience I've had in an auto parts store. Went in with my husband thinking we needed a new brake caliper. After talking to the guy who waited on us we found out it wasn't needed and the fix was much less expensive. I didn't catch his name but he said he does work as a technician somewhere else. He deserves a raise! Not only was he super helpful and knowledgeable but he gladly helped us save money, walked us through how to fix and did it all with a smile and a great personality and sense of humor. Appreciate him for going above and beyond and honestly corporate owes him a thank you because I guarantee he alone is a reason people go there for parts and the reason we will go back.”
