“I love this little credit union. You are a person not an account number. All the features of a big bank. You can use PayPal, venmo and other related apps. You can withdraw money fee free at any co-op atm. Great service friendly service.”

“I've had mixed experiences. A lot of the employees are very nice and helpful. I also really like that there are so many locations, making it convenient when I need to go to a branch. I also like how they have so many different types of accounts to choose from.
I have noticed that depending on which employee you get, sometimes it seems like they're not sure what they're doing and they aren't always able to get ahold of someone who can help them. I'm not sure if these are just the newer employees or what, but I've had issues with one employee not being able to find my account, had to go through a few different employees to get my online banking accounts linked, and have been misinformed on certain things at times.
I will say that all of the staff are usually very friendly and any time I have an issue, once I get an employee that knows their stuff, they are very very helpful. Overall, I do really like Frankenmuth credit union compared to others that I've dealt with.”

“Big shout out to Karen Sanders. My daughter went in to open a checking /saving account and the woman that waited on us hurried us out because she had an appointment. My daughter was flustered and said she did not want to bank here and she would just stay with the original credit union. I told her we would reschedule to get her questions answered because the staff there is usually very friendly and takes the time to make sure you are taken care of. The next appointment we got Karen and she took the time to help my daughter and answer all her question. My daughter felt more comfortable about the change after that appointment. Thank you Karen.”
“Mandy McDowell really helped me out with an auto loan. Competitive APR, and VERY fast service. I've tried working with other credit unions and banks. Wow did they take their sweet time. I first contacted Mandy Wednesday I believe. I stopped in Friday afternoon to setup an account and get the loan (had all paperwork taken care of within 45 minutes) Drove to Virginia that evening to pick up the car Saturday morning. With that said, yes even the "upgraded" website is a bit of a pain. I honestly use the mobile app for everything. Way smoother. However, I'm sure it doesn't have all the features you'd have online.”
