The Dow Event Center is a popular venue known for its easy entrance and exit, making it convenient for guests. It is wheelchair friendly and offers plenty of parking for events. The arena maintains a comfortable temperature and has friendly staff, contributing to a positive experience. Visitors appreciate that tickets are only sold at the box office or through Ticketmaster, helping to avoid inflated prices and counterfeit tickets. The box office operates on limited hours, and tickets are also available online. Inside, the arena provides okay food and concessions, though prices can add up quickly, so eating beforehand is recommended for those looking to save money. The center is praised for its beautiful appearance and recent upgrades, including better sound systems and repaired roofs, making it a great place for sports, concerts, and family events. Security procedures, especially regarding purse sizes, may be less smooth, but staff members like Kristin Ancel are recognized for their helpfulness and friendly service. Overall, the Dow Event Center offers a fun, family-friendly environment with good amenities and plenty of parking.
Great venue, not to large, but big enough for great shows, parking, restrooms convenient and easy to access. Saw Wierd Al, fantastic show, good size crowd, but felt very intimate.

Went for an arena football game, greatly enjoyed it. Food was ok, I don't know if I'd pay that much for ok food again but the arena is very nice

Expensive, but great acoustics, clean, good seating, not too big and not too small.
