I recently stayed at the Four Points Hotel and was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. When I was ready to go to bed, I found used tissues between the sheets, which clearly indicated that the bedding hadn’t been changed. When I called the front desk to address the issue, they offered to bring me new sheets but insisted that I would have to change them myself since no staff was available for the task.
To make matters worse, in the morning I discovered hair in the shower, suggesting that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly either. Overall, the lack of basic cleanliness and inadequate service left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.

Be careful! Our reservation got cancelled the day before our stay. We had to scramble to find a different hotel - most in the area were booked. I asked to speak with the front desk manager's manager - haven't heard back yet. We would not consider staying here again.

So we booked on May 27th to stay at this location as our daughter's team was in town for a tournament on August 24th and this was the team choice. August 23rd we received an email stating "Your reservation has been canceled because we overbooked. You will not be charged for this room." While mistakes happen there was NO attempt by staff or management to reach out and apologize or make a resolution to the problem. With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and 10 being specifically in Hotels not to mention working for Sheraton itself, this is TOTALLY unacceptable. A simple gesture of trying to find us another room in the area or even an initial phone call to explain their cancellation policy would have been sufficient. Being canceled after booking a couple weeks out may have made sense BUT MAY??? That definitely deserves an explanation.
After 3 attempts to reach out to a GM and no return phone call it's extremely disappointing that their solution is to ignore their responsibilities at the top and not take this serious. We were not the only ones to be canceled eitheir. The poor girls at the front desk had to deal with the backlash. That GM should be ashamed of herself.

Just passing through on our way up to give the kids a break and swim. The experience was disappointing. First of all, front desk was understaffed (although the older gentleman working was nice and accommodating). Our door key fob was not working and loose, to the point where we eventually couldn’t get the door open. This room also had no trash cans. We then switched rooms, which was a little bit better, however, came to find out that they were having issues with key fobs all over the building. Our keys couldn’t get us into the pool or gym- and when they fixed that, they then didn’t work when we got back to the room. I had two kids in wet suits because we were stuck outside of our room, and then had to wait in a line 15-20 minutes to get my key fixed because they were so understaffed. What was most concerning was that the hotel was not secure, as the outside key fobs were not operable, so they left the doors to the parking lot unlocked!
The back elevator was definitely urinated in, so that was gross, and there were housekeeping carts just abandoned throughout the hallway day and night. Who knows what drunk guests could do with the clean towels sitting in those bins.
One other safety concern- the lip around the indoor pool is incredibly slippery. It needs textured or nonskid strips around it. My 3 y/o fell 2-3 times. Definitely could pose a problem for the hotel.
Overall, pretty disappointing.

No body wash in shower. Container empty. Couldn't get phone to call the front desk. Back door on South East side by dumpster area would not unlock with key card. Very inconvenient for a disabled person. No adult time only for pool. Pool packed with children until almost closing time. Staff was very curtious.

All of the service stars here are for Ashley at the front desk. She got me in a room within an hour of me calling the hotel, greeted me by name, and was kindness and grace throughout my stay. Please promote her, she's phenomenal.
Walkability: There are sidewalks along Tittabawassee and there's a great independent coffee shop called Creation just down the street, as well as various chain spots.
Noteworthy details: Nice little gym with a Smith cage, treadmills, ellipticals, etc.

I stayed the night for my sons birthday. I was not impressed with what was offered. For how much money we spent they should have had streaming services but they didnt. They also should have had a free breakfast. When i asked if there was breakfast the front desk guy was like “no thats why we have unos” but that restaurant doesnt open until 11 which is check out time. I called the front desk a couple times and he was really rude. The pool was freezing. They had dirty linen and towels on the floor in the hall in front of our door from the time we got there to now. Needless to say i wont be coming back.

Been here several times, starting to look like they aren't doing much to upgrade the hotel. Their wifi wasn't working either.

I attempted to rent a room in my hometown today to simply take the kids swimming! They were so excited. Gentlemen that worked the desk was very nice. The rooms on the other hand were disgusting. First room had lots of flies in the bathroom. Plus stains all over the place. So I went to the front desk and requested a different room. After entering the second room. It smelled, stains again all over, and this one had drinks/ food all over inside the mini fridge. After this we decided a refund was needed and left the property. Such a waste of time.
