“11/10! These folks over at saginaw Value City Furniture are absolutely amazing! Not pushy, they help you find what you're looking for and they let you be until you are ready, they don't call you every 24 hours while your weighting out your options! We “sat” on the thought of a particular couch for almost 2 weeks after initially stopping in a few times to make sure its the exact one we wanted!
A special thank you and shout out to DeCarlo the best sales rep in the building, he went above and beyond to answer all of our questions thoroughly and from start to finish was a true professional in his expertise!
Also a major shout out to the sales managers who were just as great as our friend DeCarlo was! And even to the other sales reps in the building who recognized us each trip in and always welcomed us with a warm greeting!! As a young couple, VAF has now earned our business for a life time!

“Okay, first, I just want to say this store is amazing, and I'm always bragging about it to people up where I live (Roscommon County area)...We SO need one by us up north. Anyway, this last time I came in the store (a couple of Sunday's ago, maybe?) and was checking out near closing time. There was a sweet blonde girl at the register. I'm stumped on her name, but she did state she was a part of management or something (there was a price conflict I was letting her know about, so that's why that came up in conversation).. She was able to help me.. very professional, understanding, and still gave me the product for the price I had seen. -- The price I saw was the only price on the box, which had been for a different product, and I didn't even realize that initially until I double-checked the price on the scanner & went back to make sure I saw what I saw..lol. I actually had JUST ordered one online that was the cheapest I could find & was double the price that I had seen in the store, so I immediately grabbed one and canceled my order, so it didn't ship out. Something had just told me to double-check it when I saw the scanner because it was such a price difference. Very grateful for the lady who took care of things for me, though, when I let her know about all of that. She was so kind. You don't come across that a lot anymore.”
“My 99-year old Mom and my two sisters and I worked with Anne. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient, everything we would have hoped for. Mom also picked out her sheets, mattress covers, pillow covers, and pillow. It was one stop shopping! Mom cannot wait to sleep on it at her new home, an assisted living. A while back she slept overnight in my Sleep Number bef, and said it is the best night's sleep she ever had!!! I am so happy for her to be getting one for herself. Thank-you, Sleep Number, and especially Anne.... your bed sells itself! I still love mine!!! : )”

“Great place good people went there on a Thursday August 15 or Friday August 16 to look at a tv they were able to get me a good one for a decent price down fall is I gotta wait for it to get delivered which won’t be till August 26 and that is the week my payment is due so made the first payment and can’t enjoy it till the week I make my second payment all around I’m sure I will be happy wow my selection but delivery could be a bit quicker”

“our visit to mattress firm was truly made because of Rhonda!! We fully went in to just look but she did the dang thing and had us leave with a new mattress. She was the perfect sales women. She knew her stuff but she wasn’t pushy. It was a real human connection that had me and my fiancé smiling after we left. You know when you have an interaction with a stranger and you’re like omg, yes. I love them. I love humanity. This is what we were born for. To have fun interactions with each other over mattresses.
