“We wanted to upgrade my fiance's engagement ring, so we brought in a picture of a ring we saw at another jewelry store. Sami and Omar had the exact ring in stock and gave us an amazing discount. The upgraded ring ended up being around the same price as my fiance's original ring (which was much smaller from Kay Jewelers). I couldn't believe how great of deal we got!
They treated my fiance and I like family as soon as we walked in the door. We also ended up getting 6-months no interest, which was great since we had the wedding coming up.
A few months later, we walked into the store to buy wedding bands. Sami remembered everything about us. He remembered where we were from, where we worked, etc. Since we were repeat customers, he gave us an exceptional deal on two wedding bands.

“I dropped off my wedding set and anniversary band to be sized and rhodium plated. I received a call the next morning indicating that I needed some "tips" replaced on my solitaire and informed me of what that work would cost. Less than two hours later, I received another telling me my rings were ready. They did an excellent job, my rings look brand new again and it all took less than 24 hours. “My daughter and I love this store. Im so happy I found it. The owner is so nice. She felt like family when we left with a hug. Cant wait to go back.
You can make a necklace right then at the table and chit chat. I really want to come back and do this with my daughter. It doesn't cost extra. It cost whatever your beads come to and she can help along the way. She also does custom orders. She was making a cute power puff bracelet when we stopped in. It was amazing looking!
