After a few days of use the scooter experienced an issue with a speed sensor. I called the vendor on the weekend expecting to leave a message but Scott answered the phone. He immediately began the process to correct the problem and to make sure I was completely satisfied. He will do whatever it takes!! My scooter now works great and is very dependable.
