I had the same issue with Dan very rude and turned off my cable to “get my attention” how unprofessional. I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one who dealt with this rude rude man. Very sure of himself because he’s the only one I can deal with there. Doesn’t mean you need to turn my cable off that I pay for to get my attention.

Our DIRECTV Account was improperly classified. Dan helped us tremendously in breaking down why it was important to have accounts classified correctly. We followed his instruction. It was very smooth transition. I regret trying to fight it at first. Dan was just doing his job.

I don’t remember who I particularly spoke with but he was rude for absolutely no reason & very arrogant sounding.. like relax pal you work on equipment for a living you’re not such a big shot. I wish I remembered his name, he was talking so fast.. might have been Dan not too sure. You can tell when someone doesn’t have much authority so tries to when working with customers. Weirdo.

I had the tremendous displeasure of speaking with “Dan.” “Dan” was literally the rudest, most unprofessional person I have EVER had to deal with. He immediately went on the attack and said he couldn’t care less what a “DirectTV rep that’s sits behind a desk” says. “Dan” refused to let me speak with anyone else saying he is the only one person I can talk to. Hopefully DirectTV can have Dan the Man removed from customer service and put a broom in his hand so he does not interact with people?
