Extremely Knowledgeable Staff, Helped us with our DIRECTV Hotels Television System. Worked with Dan on Referral. Don't know why there are negative reviews. Been Very Happy with New Edge for Years! Highly recommend for your Hotel Property.

Our DIRECTV Account was improperly classified. Dan helped us tremendously in breaking down why it was important to have accounts classified correctly. We followed his instruction. It was very smooth transition. I regret trying to fight it at first. Dan was just doing his job.
