I had a bad experience with a cashier, but Angie, who is the area sales manager for several stores in the area rectified it immediately. I very much appreciated it!

Wish they sold more men's big and tall clothing in the store

It's been twenty plus years, walking into an Old Navy store I used to frequent. And it hasn't changed much. This is a good thing overall. Felt familiar, chill, and hip. Staff was nice and accommodating as well. Prices were fair on things too, which is good to see these days.
