“Slowest checkout on the planet!! Return counter lady did not want to run her register and ring me up for my purchase, even though she had ZERO customers.I explained that I had come to the return counter to check out because of the extremely long line at the front and i had seen earlier that she did not seem busy with customers (she was on her cell phone texting not 5 mins before I was at the front and in line though I did NOT mention what I saw her actually doing at that time). She responded, "well, the line is long up front with people waiting their turns." I shrugged it off...ya know. I DID interrupt her cell phone conversation, at her place of employment, to make a purchase as a customer.... #sorrynotsorry”

“Their selection of clothing was outstanding it was very well organized which made things you needed and easy to find the prices were very reasonable they had plenty of different pieces of clothing in my size everything was well stocked in order and the story was very well maintained does that was outstanding they greeted you as you came into the store then they said thank you and have a good night I should left everyone at that storm in my opinion was doing an outstanding job for the owner you did tell they enjoyed working for him and he Trend each and every one of them very well thanks for doing such a good job and I'll be back when I need some more clothes”

“The gentleman that helped my husband find a suit combo was Amazing. I believe he said he was the assistant manager. Anyways, we got the suit and the shirt had to ship out separately because it wasn't in stock. No biggie. We got the shirt a couple days later. Husband goes to put his suit on for work a few days later and can't believe how tight the jacket is. Look at the tag, and its 2 sizes smaller than he measured. We head back down to Saginaw a few weeks later and explained he got a jacket that was too small. The same gentleman was there qnd was just as confused as my husband was about how he got that size jacket. He did an exchange and was extremely apologetic and even gave him a credit on his card of $21.20 for having to drive an hour away to remedy the problem. Excellent customer service!”
