“Shannon was a lot of help, very informative, as well as being kind and funny. One of my packages said it got delivered but never was delivered at my house. He made sure to listen & gave me the best service he could, saying he will push it to the supervisors and that they will get ahold of me and was very empathetic.
I know others are thankful for his genuine kindness and service, a lady in-front of also complimented him on how he was great at his job
However, although I gave a 5 star review, those stars are specifically for Shannon’s service, I’d give him more if I could. I am upset with how often I have issues with USPS delivery here in Saginaw, and wish that the delivery drivers would be more careful. It sucks not receiving something that is important to you! Especially if it went to someone else’s house, the odds of them keeping it and not giving it back are typically high.”

“A package destined to me was delivered to the wrong address. They tracked down exactly which house it was sent to. The branch manager, the route temp carrier (who had to double back on his route) and I all coordinated in real time over the phone to resolve the error. They were very apologetic, clearly explained how it happened, and stated they would take steps to reduce the chances of it happening again. I couldn’t be happier or more proud of them (my mom is retired USPS). Top notch, A++ grade!”
