About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. Committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and processes 47 percent of the world's mail. Customers praise the professionalism and humor of the staff, even when handling high-volume situations. However, the small parking lot, in need of repair, can be challenging, and the removal of accessible mailboxes has created an inconvenient experience. Despite these challenges, the USPS location is known for its overall excellent customer service compared to others.
