“The FedEx Warehouse was more helpful on taking my husband's package. We called 800#, answered all automated question for pickup from our home. After questions transfered me to a live customer service rep, she repeated question, got our address and gave confirmation number. About an hour later seen I had a voice-mail, but no ringing on my phone? So message was they needed our address for FedEx driver to pickup package. Called and was another out-of-state number and repeated whole process. Just asked to give me a number for a local FedEx in area. Number given was to a small town 20 miles away and did not do pickup, they are for drop off only? So my husband said just will drive to FedEx warehouse in town and finally got the package to be delivered. Thanks to FedEx driver that came out to fo his run and was kind enough to take package for delivery process. Funny thing is the package delivered to us at our home and yet they said they couldn't find our address on the map in their system? Just happy it was finally on it's way to deliver. ;)”
