203 South Washington Avenue, Saginaw MI 48607
“Great space and walking distance from the Temple Theater and the Dow Event Center. The SVRC marketplace is an incubator facility where new businesses can get a start on their entrepreneurial journey. It may seem sparse at times, but don’t let that stop you from checking it out. You can get delicious food from pho and ban mi sandwiches to authentic Mexican food and rolled ice cream! Don’t forget about the Barbecue and delicious sweet treats! There’s something for everybody! Also check out the farmers market while you’re there. They are open Wednesdays and Fridays and Saturdays starting mid July.”

“Great variety of products, was a little disappointed in how few switch games there were. Organized and clean store, so many awesome funko pops that I've never found in stores! Had a few problems such as the switch we bought didn't work and had to be exchanged and then bought 5 games and got home to find out I paid for empty cases! They made it all right though and we're very nice and apologetic about it! They even came and gave us a gift card for all our trouble, so what matters more is they fixed it and went above and beyond to! Such nice staff!”

“I used Kroger Points to help buy fuel at the gas station here. Since the cost of gas exceeds the cost of living. It now costs me more money to commute to work than I currently make, working 40 hours a week.”

4865 Fashion Square Mall, Saginaw MI 48604
“I went to specifically go to 2 new stores. It looks like they are really trying to get the mall filled again. That is very refreshing to see. Although I went to the restroom in the mall and it was very unclean. The toilet was broken down and it was very disgusting.”
