This service is horrible but the only one available. So slow I cannot stream live on any apps or maintain connectivity.Very disappointed!

We have had Skyweb for several years, and I think it's a great service. I can stream TV, work from home, etc. Anytime I've ever needed service or assistance, they are on it right on it and keep me updated. If you aren't receiving a great Internet connection, call them! They might be able to move your connection to a different tower...that's what they did for us. You also need a really good router. We purchased a cheaper one at the start, and we did not get the connection and speeds we expected. We purchased a better one, and it made all of the difference in the world!

I've been with them for around 12 years, but no other options beside satellite dish, un till now.. go figure Christmas eve and down again.. go figure can't do video chats to wish merry Christmas... so I'll resort to my cell phone again.. I should be used to service down after all these years,, but now I have a much better option for less. So it's time to cancel this next week when ever they answer there phone. Normally they answer there phone, just service drops alot, or 80% of the time don't get anywhere close to the speed ya pay for unless ya call them, then it might be good again for a week or 2.

I purchased the new LTE Modem a few months ago, it worked great for two months. Now my upload speed is at 0.09 and my download speed is 1.35 and the PING is at 253. I have called customer service almost every day for a month and have received nothing but false promises.

Be in the park since May. Service was terrible so I bought a king booster. Still terrible called almost every week for help every person tried to help and had solutions but none worked. It's the middle of Aug and I have enough of constant buffering. Got a T-Mobile wifi system and for the first time watched TV without a problem.

Update. Finally decided I've had enough of the slow speeds and dropped network signals. Wireless is now available in my area unlimited no data cap limits no contract for the same price and my speeds are over 100 for downloads and tech support is 24/7 should i ever need it. I canceled Skyweb today. Highly recommend skyweb gets it together before their other customers figure this out too.Service is not reliable, constantly having outages even during perfect weather. FYI, they do not have on-call on nights, weekends or holidays. If your service goes out Friday at 6pm, good luck until Monday because no one is going to help. Pretty poor to have zero support even on call for a service. It would be different if it were a store or office but this is a service.

6/1/22 We have been having terrible issues with service for a couple of weeks now with service in and out. Today, after a serious phone call, they sent out their tech Tommy. He did a diagnosis of the problem, then ran a new cable and put in some new equipment. We now have internet service again. Yeah!

Just to echo several other reviewers. Our experience with this company has been consistently off the charts poor in every relevant category . Our package for 5 megs speed never exceeds 1. Generally. 04, when the internet is actually working at all

Residential Office Staff was very helpful and friendly. I walked in to discuss my monthly bill because I realized I had a free month worth the credit on my bill and wanted to verify it was correct.. I spoke to Jennifer and she explained that I received an extra month for paying my Skyweb upfront for the full year. Love when things like this happens, makes my day. Great Job Ladies and Gentlemen

Do you want terrible internet service mixed with the worst customer service you've ever received? If so, this is the company for you! We have been dealing with this terrible company for far too long due to it being the only provider in our area. Do yourself a favor and just use the Hotspot on your phone. It works way better than their service ever will and you don't have to deal with leaving messages without ever getting a call back!

Terrible in every aspect. If I could give them negative stars I would. 1. The internet does not work at all ever! I grew up with dial up and that was better than this and I’m not joking. 2. Customer service SUCKS!!!! No one ever answers the phone and it will just cut you off so you can’t wait for them to answer. And the very few times they do answer the phone they are rude and can’t help you because the right person isn’t in at that time. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Worst internet service I've ever had. I got thier $99 repeater to get better signal, called them countless times. But still can't even watch 1 show with out buffering or loosing internet! Can't login and work online with out issues! Do not! I will repeat myself DO NOT use them!

The worst customer service EVER! I pay for an upgraded service, $100 per month. When the internet actually works and works at the speeds I am supposed to get, it's great. However, it goes down often and speeds are very inconsistent. Here I sit now for 3 weeks without internet! Seriously, 3 weeks with no internet! The person that is supposed to be handling this, never calls me back. 1 week ago, I spoke to someone and they said the person I need to speak to would be in at 9:45am and would call me as soon as they got in. NEVER called me and I still haven't had a call back. I called again today and left another voicemail. It seems they have caller ID and are ignoring my calls. They clearly do not care about customer service or their reputation. They are only able to stay in business because their customers don't have any other choice. I pay for the upgraded service because I work from home, makes it very difficult to do when there is zero connection for 3 weeks! If you have another option, even if speeds are slightly slower, I would go with the other option!

My service has been down now going on 3 weeks. When I call them they tell me my service is working (even though I can clearly see the tower laying on the ground), or that they have someone on their way to fix it and the new one is that the farmer who's yard it is in is going to rebuild it??? Yup my neighbor (who has done no other job besides farming for over 30 years)sure has a lot of experience at fixing internet equipment. They take your number and tell you they will get an answer but never do. Stay away from this place unless you like to be lied to and charged for service that you cant use. And then deal with the laziest, most unprofessional customer service out there. If I could give it zero stars I would!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They might as well not even have a number to call. Internet has been down for 6 WEEKS, yes 6 WEEKS. They say every Friday someone is coming to fix it and nobody ever shows up. They don't call or give any sort of update. How can they ignore an issue for 6 weeks?! If you have another internet option, go with it, do everything possible to NOT use this company.
