Skyweb is awful. Delete my past devices off my WiFi network, anytime I call to get it hooked up again they have to transfer me to a tech and it never happens, or it takes hours. This is ridiculous. I pay for this service, it should be relatively quickly not hours later. Not happy.

Between the provider being uneducated & of no help and the internet being out repeatedly for “bad weather” when the weather is clear, I’d like to give -5 stars

Terrible internet. It goes out constantly and the guy always tells me it’s “Mother Nature” even when there was no wind or storms. We lose internet at least once a day. I homeschool and need internet. The videos never go without pausing. I’m shopping for new service, this is ridiculous.
