We had 2 men working instead of the expected one! Kevin also set up a comfortable place for my husband and I to wait. They set out tables and chairs for us in an air conditioned room. “I showed up without an appointment. Star opened at 7am, I had two flats on the trailer, a bent mud flap hanger, so bad new tires could not be mounted, lights out on rt side of trailer. I left at 9:05 all fixed. I was impressed with the excellent service. I even got a fresh cup of coffee”

Truck rented had 133k hard miles on it, clunked, made lots of noises. Inside of cab was not cleaned in sometime. Overall Bay Rd Uhaul has been here my entire life and will continue to use them for rental needs.”
