“Kari of JustStorage helped us today with the perfect size rental space that is climate controlled. She made the process and contract signing easy and understandable. Then she walked us through the entry procedure into our space. Thank you, Kari!”
“The team was super helpful and informative! I was moving from out of state and when I didn’t have somewhere to ship my packages, they helped me by receiving all of my packages from different carriers and handling them to my unit for me! Pick up and closing the unit was super easy and simple!”

“Not a current customer of Rivers bend, however, I was stranded in their parking lot with some very simple car troubles this morning but I didn't have tools on me. Both a gal at the desk and Max were extremely helpful and lent me a hand and got me on my way. Max was fantastic”

“I highly recommend! Communication was amazing! I had to rent this unit during a very stressful time in my families life and all my questions and concerns were answered. He responded to my texts promptly and made sure I did everything correctly and received any possible discount I was eligible for. He even helped me cancel the unit after I forgot to do it on time! I will definitely use them again if I need 1! Thank you!”

“John Cielma the gen. Mgr of key west storage was amazing and so so helpful!!! The pricing was very affordable and the storage was clean and dry. I really liked having access to the storage whenever I needed and know it was safe. The area and the safety was not a concern everything went to well and all my things were safe and sound. I would recommend ten times over and again the manager John was amazing, helpful and he alone was a reason I will go back if ever needed and also let people know to go there to use their facilities.”

“We were scrambling to find a trailer and most places closed at 5. This location is open until 7 and they had a large inventory. The people who work there were very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!”
