The branch manager, the route temp carrier (who had to double back on his route) and I all coordinated in real time over the phone to resolve the error. They were very apologetic, clearly explained how it happened, and stated they would take steps to reduce the chances of it happening again. I couldn’t be happier or more proud of them (my mom is retired USPS). Top notch, A++ grade!”
