I'm leaving this review about Verizon on State street while I'm standing in another Verizon store actually being waited on promptly. I go in there (State st), there's one person in front of me. They say 15-20 minutes. Ok, so over a half hour later as 3 employees were standing in the corner talking and laughing I decided if I want to salvage my day by not spending hours in there, I should probably go. Walk in to the next Verizon store and guess what...they are professional and wait on me. That was ridiculous watching them joking and laughing when there's people waiting for service. Either you need an older manager in that store to monitor the children, or hire mature adults that recognize they aren't at work to joke and play in the corner with customers waiting. I will tell everyone I know not to go there from. Now on.

Sarah is the worst. I came in around 6, store closes at 7. No line, but the bald gentleman is already helping someone. Sarah and the greeter weren't doing ANYTHING, but instead of helping me they pretended not to see me. Sarah literally waited until AFTER closing time to come ask what I needed. Then told me I needed to get my new phone from Best Buy, because somehow THEY have a better selection of phones than the PHONE place. I asked if I can grab the phone and come back, but Sarah said no because "well now we're closed" after she literally waited until closing time to finally come help me. Some other guy stormed out of there while I was waiting, after she refused to help him. She used me being in the queue as her excuse, but she wasn't even helping me. Ended up being late for my trip, because I had to come back the next morning. When I got there they told me all I had to do to activate my new phone is put my SIM card in the new one. Took 10 secondsđWHY IN TF DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT THE DAY BEFORE?!?! THEN I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN LATE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. ESPECIALLY SARAH.

Becky and Chad are very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. We were coming back to Verizon after having a signal problem with another carrier. We were treated very well and they got the job done. This is a corporate location which is what we needed to handle the switch back to Verizon after just a matter of hours with the other carrier. I highly recommend this location.

Watched customers that came after me go before me 4 employees standing around while the other two work this is a joke horrible customer service and tbh Iâll be canceling Verizon and legit going anywhere else nothing but problems for 5 years time for a change best the luck but get non lazy workers

The customer service at this location is absolute garbage. Nick, is very rude to customers and let me leave without a working phone. He ALSO ensured me i would have a phone mailed to me the next business day. I am now three days with no working phone and this location will not help me. Why am i paying you for a phone and a service that doesn't work????

Broke my phone and went to the Verizon store thinking it was going to be a very expensive and very long process to replace it. Gabrielle worked with me to find my best and least expensive option. She was helpful, patient and very knowledgeable with any questions I threw at her. I left there a very happy customer! Thanks Gabrielle I appreciate the time you took with me!

This store takes forever donât come unless youâre planning on waiting for one to two hours, the employees just stand around working one customer at a time sometimes using two assistants per person, itâs really annoying, nobody can multi-task. If the employees just stand there they literally look like theyâre doing absolutely nothing.I wanted to get something really fast done and they just put me into a queue with no accurate time information, so a 20 minute wait became 2 hours. Go to the Gratiot store, Mt.Pleasant or any other store.Edit: After the long wait they gave me the most confusing time on my SIM card and booked me for another appointment :(

The associate was rude and not very helpful. I purchased a new Apple Watch and have only had it for about 3 weeks and the screen wouldnât display anything. One of the associates said that it wonât display if youâre not wearing it which is not true. I donât appreciate being treated like Iâm stupid. He talked down to me like I never had an Apple Watch before. Iâve owned an Apple Watch for 3 years. This location will not get anymore of my business as their customer service is bad

I had a great experience with Chris and Nick today. Went in to upgrade one phone, ended up upgrading two phones and signing on to their Internet plan.Both Chris and Nick were patient, explained everything, and worked to make sure all of our questions were answered.Dealing with phones can be a headache, yet they both made the experience easy. Highly recommend working with them.

Poor service, absolutely zero help after making me wait 20 mins, all I want to do is make sure my service is paid with autopay thatâs apparently not workingâŚother locations seem more knowledgeable of peoples account access than this location
