Broke my phone and went to the Verizon store thinking it was going to be a very expensive and very long process to replace it. Gabrielle worked with me to find my best and least expensive option. She was helpful, patient and very knowledgeable with any questions I threw at her. I left there a very happy customer! Thanks Gabrielle I appreciate the time you took with me!

This store takes forever don’t come unless you’re planning on waiting for one to two hours, the employees just stand around working one customer at a time sometimes using two assistants per person, it’s really annoying, nobody can multi-task. If the employees just stand there they literally look like they’re doing absolutely nothing.I wanted to get something really fast done and they just put me into a queue with no accurate time information, so a 20 minute wait became 2 hours. Go to the Gratiot store, Mt.Pleasant or any other store.Edit: After the long wait they gave me the most confusing time on my SIM card and booked me for another appointment :(

The associate was rude and not very helpful. I purchased a new Apple Watch and have only had it for about 3 weeks and the screen wouldn’t display anything. One of the associates said that it won’t display if you’re not wearing it which is not true. I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m stupid. He talked down to me like I never had an Apple Watch before. I’ve owned an Apple Watch for 3 years. This location will not get anymore of my business as their customer service is bad

I had a great experience with Chris and Nick today. Went in to upgrade one phone, ended up upgrading two phones and signing on to their Internet plan.Both Chris and Nick were patient, explained everything, and worked to make sure all of our questions were answered.Dealing with phones can be a headache, yet they both made the experience easy. Highly recommend working with them.

Poor service, absolutely zero help after making me wait 20 mins, all I want to do is make sure my service is paid with autopay that’s apparently not working…other locations seem more knowledgeable of peoples account access than this location

Horrible. Giving me the run around about switching my account and getting a new SIM card. Verizon customer service over the phone telling me one thing. The workers in the store telling me a completely different thing. Please do better people already hate dealing with you people.I took my services right on over to the boost store on Davenport. They are quick and efficient.

just spent 40 minutes waiting in store to be told they can't help me and to use the customer service number online. the same number that told me i had to go in store to solve my issue. i hate this company. i hate the stores, and i hate that the employees don't lift a finger to actually help with something simple...A sweet older women came in 20 minutes after me, she complained her notifications weren't coming through and she knew the issue was silly but still wanted help. the check-in guys said sure no problem there's two people ahead of you and to sit down. so she sits next to me and i just KNEW she'd be sitting here for an hour to be helped so i asked if i could look at her phone for her. in less than a minute i could tell she had Do Not Disturb on by accident and that fixed her issue. out of there immediately. the system these store have is so shitty and ineffective i don't know how they're still standing

We wanted to switch from boost prepaid to Verizon prepaid services. Our plan was to keep our own phones and our phone numbers. I dealt with Alan at Verizon on State Street. He poorly explained theprocess of switching over our phones and numbers. He gave me 3 sim cards and told me that once our current service quit working we had to switch to our new Verizon sim cards and that it would be an easy process. He told me that he would handle the porting over the numbers and that I could leave. What a lie! We had to had to do it ourselves and it took over 4 hours!

Worst salesman ever …. I wasn’t told about the specials and phone turn in wasn’t offered to me . I was lied to about the cost of the phone and then seen on the bill it was 100$ more! I got the new phone home and the same thing was wrong with my new I phone ad my old one ! dealing with a new phone that didn’t work correctly and a new charger that didn’t work…. It has been a costly circus! Very unhappy and not sure if I will stay with Verizon and cut my losses! Very disgusted! Especially since I took my old I phone to another dealer and was told it just needed a update!

Always helpful staff. Clean store. We added our daughter to our plan and she was getting her first iPhone. Caleb was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!
