“Holy moly, I’ve never felt more appreciated in my life! I went in in a panic because I needed a dress for a wedding I have to attend in a couple days, and Vicki helped me out so quickly! She came and checked on me near the dressing rooms when things weren’t working out, and within minutes had a handful of dresses that were what I was describing to her. When trying them on she made me feel so good about myself and confident! She was like the best friend that you need to have when shopping! I appreciated her help and hope that she’s there every single time I come in the future because I will absolutely be back.”

“The care & attention I receive here when I go is amazing. I have gone several times. And the sales attendant has like stopped to help me pick an outfit personally each time. I'm indecisive so it's absolutely amazing. They definitely speak positively and will help decide if a different outfit is better. I love being able to try things on as well. It can feel a bit more expensive than other places like Kohl's or something but the outfits are so much cuter lol. And definitely worth it for special events/outings”
“I needed a strapless bra to go with the dress I had just bought. As soon as we went into the shop, we were greeted and asked if we needed any help. I believe that the lady that helped us was named Riley. We weren’t sure on sizing for bras so she helped to measure me and recommend a size and brought us over to what we were looking for. I brought in my dress with me to try on over the bra and she was really helpful in making sure everything fit right. And even though it had nothing to do with their shop, she helped us determine what alterations we would need to make to the dress to make it fit better since we mentioned that it was a little loose which was very helpful. I would recommend going here if you need a good strapless bra. She was helpful and really nice.”
“DON'T BUY HAWX. I tried to save $100 and got Hawx instead of thorogood this time around. Not even two months in the stitching on the toe came undone. Fortunately a lady at the front was able to help me return them under the warranty and gave me store credit so I could get better boots.
THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT AND THOROGOOD IS GREAT. I got two years from my last pair. JUST AVOID HAWX if you work in any kinda shop/construction. The seam split before I even knicked them at work.”

“Sad what has happened to these original "box stores". We found the 2 items we came for (pillows, T-shirts) but, the store appeared disorganized, merchandise on the floor, no rhyme or reason to the way the store was organized esp on the 2nd floor. We still enjoy giving Penney's our business and they still have some high quality items ?”
“Uses to be 5 stars but since they changed coupons and how to earn 10$ with only kohls card. The deals and slightly higher prices don't make sense anymore. But still great selection and decent prices.”
