“Jolt has overall been a good place to bank. Have been with them for many years, along with my family. I don’t think doing away with deposit slips was a good choice. I bank through the drive thru and since the change I have encountered numerous errors. I even write out my requests on paper. I don’t appreciate my personal information being given over the intercom for others to hear. I also have had negative experiences with the mobile deposit. Waiting several days for my local payroll check to be deposited is unacceptable. I deposit it every week. I believe when I put it through the Jolt ATM they held it for 10 days. The staff has always been good and personable. I think it is the credit union policies that have caused the issues.”

“I love this little credit union. You are a person not an account number. All the features of a big bank. You can use PayPal, venmo and other related apps. You can withdraw money fee free at any co-op atm. Great service friendly service.”
“Huntington bank has always had great customer service! They are up front and take their time with you. When we opened my son an account at this location when he was a teenager, they took the time to talk about the responsibilities of the account and saving money. It was not an in and out sign this and open an account. Huntington bank has great services and have always been fair and upfront. I appreciate having a bank that works with their customers.”
