“5 stars for the simple fact that on Sunday Sept 29th I had the unfortunate time of my F150 breaking down (was my starter) between customers and staff they did everything to ensure I was safe and helped me by the (store manger left to get the parts I needed) and the shop mechanic Kevin was able to assist in installing the part on my truck, as a Canadian who travels across border alot it was very nice to see so many people who actually cared enough to offer to help someone in need.
I'll be back an definitely recommend this Loves travel stop to anyone.”
“Great place and the servuce is amazing only thing i wanna say is to the owner in which u dissapoint me the nice sweet older lady should not be working full 7 days a week because of the other workers not liking to close as an owner you shouod set this right and make your workers either roatate btween who closes or dont open it at all i have had this happen to me at different locations i used to work and it made me not like working therr very quick i hope you wise up and provide a healthier work schedule for your employees”
