“Was extremely frustrated after trying to reset my online banking password and the 800 number customer service line kept sending me in a loop. After the fifth unsuccessful attempt/call (over 30 minutes), I phoned the local St Johns branch - and thankfully 'Greg' answered my call. He was extremely helpful and took the time to help me through the process. In a world where employees are overwhelmed and are generally happy to tell customers to just call the phone line (which appears to be located overseas), it is SO refreshing to have someone local take the time to help. Wanted to say, 'thank you, Greg'!!!”
