“A few weeks ago I stopped at the AT&T Store in St. Johns, Michigan. Derrek was professional, polite, knowledgeable and patient (I am a senior citizen).
I was having an issue with converting my text messages from Samsung Messages to Google Messages. He helped me all while keeping the phone in my view and answered my multiple questions.
This recent experience with AT&T is in stark contrast to my experience at the Saginaw Street Store in Lansing. I was helped at that location last year and the customer service was horrible. I will never return to that location.

“Have bought phones and internet there & used this location 3 or 4 times. Always super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Last week my husbands phone quit working. We contacted TCC (St. Johns location) and talked to Scott. Wow- he knew exactly what the issue was and was awesome in helping us fix it. He was very patient and knowledgeable.We had met Scott 6 months ago when we purchased home internet there. Again Scott was very thorough and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend this business to buy a cellphone or internet from.”

“I really appreciated the professional and efficient assistance I received from Scott Taylor. Needed a new phone immediately for work and he had me up and running in 30mins with a brand new Google pixel 11 pro XL. I was going to head to best buy but called this store first to see what they had in stock. Scott let me know of the deals they had running and talked me into a new Google pixel. I love the switch and he went over all the features with me while answering any questions I had. He saved me time and money. I will be coming here for any of my phone needs in the future”
