“I love the Portland Family and Farm store. At Christmas I was looking for a specific gift and they were out of it, however, they took the time to locate it at another store without asking, to secure it for me. Upon arrival at the other store, though they were kind, were no comparison to the beloved Portland store in cleanliness, product knowledge, set up/organization and sales staff. I will not name the other store as maybe they were short staffed or just having a bad day but so very thankful for the Portland store”
