“I lost my Credit and debit cards and even tho I logged in to see a specialist when I got there, I approached the counter to conduct a transaction and when I told them I was waiting, they inquired as to what I was waiting for and said, we can help you here and they issued me a new credit card and debit card within moments right there at the counter and I didn’t have to tie up one of the specialist.”
