“I am giving Schroeders’s a five star review due to their excellent customer service. I ordered a La-Z-Boy Recliner for an upcoming surgery. When the recliner arrived, it was not the correct fabric. This was no fault of theirs. The order number they submitted was correct. It was La-Z-Boy’s error. They were determined to make it right and that I have a chair for my surgery. Ordering the correct one was going to take over two months to arrive. They went to bat for me with La-Z-Boy and arrange for me to keep the incorrect pattern chair through my surgery until the new one arrived. I am happy to report that my surgery went splendidly and the chair was perfect for that and the new chair has arrived, and I love it. They were friendly, helpful, and concerned.
