“My wife and I were shopping there a few days ago for a white elephant gift and found something that was 50% off—a great deal. When we asked for complimentary gift wrapping, we were told that discounted items weren’t eligible. Fortunately, Lynne, who works there and does the gift wrapping, kindly offered to wrap it for us anyway.
She was incredibly friendly, professional, and meticulous. The wrapped gift looked absolutely amazing—far better than we expected. Her kindness and craftsmanship truly left a strong impression on us.
