This was no fault of theirs. The order number they submitted was correct. It was La-Z-Boy’s error. They were determined to make it right and that I have a chair for my surgery. Ordering the correct one was going to take over two months to arrive. They went to bat for me with La-Z-Boy and arrange for me to keep the incorrect pattern chair through my surgery until the new one arrived.
