“Exceptional customer service and friendly environment. We just switched all our medications to CVS. I initially had a question about adding insurance coupons on the app and when I sent the chat someone called me from the pharmacy within minutes and had already entered the information for me. I used to wait days for a response from our previous pharmacy. Most important for me was while picking up our scripts not only are they prompt but so friendly! Noone seems overwhelmed, overworked or miserable like our previous pharmacy. I'm not sure if CVS is doing well keeping them staffed so they aren't overwhelmed or if the staff truly has the best work environment possible. Whatever it is...keep up the great work! Such a relief to make a pharmacy trip without preparing for stress and confusion. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!”

“I clicked to request prescription delivery in the Walgreens App, and ran into a problem with one of my prescriptions not being deliverable. I called the pharmacy department to resolve the issue, then tried to add additional prescription.,....ended up with two deliveries, which had to be cancelled and an inability to reschedule payment and delivery through the app. In steps Kiley, who took responsibility and ownership of my issue. She cancelled deliveries, rang up the purchase and volunteered to deliver my prescriptions on her half an hour lunch break. Thank you Kiley for your exceptional customer service, but more so for your compassionate, caring actions to resolve my issue and get to me needed medication.”
