“I was in on a Wednesday morning and the store was pretty busy. Renée was the only employee and she was so cheerful and bounced around to every customer so nobody felt underserved. Her wonderful personality was amazing to see and you never would have known if she was stressed or frazzled. As a retail manager for the past 11 years it was awesome to watch a staff member handle a short staff issue with such poise, grace and always a smile on her face. Great job.”

“I needed a new set of running shoes for this year's races. I've never had ACTUAL running shoes before so I didn't know what I was looking for exactly (other than the ads I get on my phone) I went to connected soles to seek help to find the right kind of shoe based on how I run and the issues I have had with other shoes. After my description the lady quickly figured out what brand would be best and which 2 shoes I would likely feel most comfortable in. after trying them on and walking around a little I was pleasantly surprised. I am so glad I went there! knowing I was going to spend that much money on a shoe I wanted to get it right. I feel like I did with Beau's help!”
