“Excellent and efficient service. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Pricing is fair. Shuttle driver, Melvin, was a joy to chat with, and hang out with while dropping me at my office. I won't go elsewhere anymore. Highly recommend!”
“BY FAR the best auto repair shop I've ever dealt with. So fast and efficient. Damon (owner) was an absolute pleasure to work with, in addition to the office managers, Sunday and Crystal, whom both provided unprecedented customer service (they even called Enterprise for me directly when the porter was running very late with my rental vehicle, and offered to drive me to Enterprise if they didn't show up within the next 5 minutes). Overall, the entire team was honest, forthright, AND finished the work on my 2026 Silverado with two days to spare! Highly recommend.”
“I was very pleased with the speed and quality of work done here. Kip and the staff kept me updated and worked with the insurance for me. I needed my front bumper replaced on my F-150 due to an accident and I had the truck back within a week and it was like new. Thank you everyone there for a great experience. Highly Recommended!!”
“Perrin and Anthony are professional and great to talk to. Been coming to Briarwood Ford Quick Lane since 2017. Kudos to the mechanic's and the front desk and check out people.”
