Attempted to deliver outside of the delivery window and made no attempt to contact me and when I called FedEx to request a redelivery I was told it was impossible they would be back in two days and there was nothing they could do.

My packages for a very important event not delivered when the other 4 was ,. Wrong address it says !!!! Nobody else had the problem , can get ahold of anyone and no one site pick up ,no intercept, just SOL.

Watched the driver back into driveway and never get out of the truck to come to the door with delivery. Adjusted my schedule to be here at the time scheduled as delivery requires signature and won’t let me sign ahead. Delivery from UPS got signed for in same time frame same day successfully.

Got an email saying they attempted to deliver my package. No one rang the door or knocked. Rescheduled to the next day. I was in the window looking at the driver pull up and again he did not attempt. I yelled and screamed trying to get his attention and he just drove off. I got another email saying they attempted. Terrible delivery service.

Never had any issues in over 20 years until a new person started my route. I have had 6 packages stolen as this delivery person is leaving my packages over a 1/2 mile away from my house at a group of mailboxes near a busy highway. Fed ex is the Only delivery company lazy enough to deliver this way. So unacceptably pathetic

They just simply said my packages did not ready in fact they did not come, I put my package since morning and waited for pick up man. I made a complaint and they said they will call me back, also did not happen. What a shamed. Irresponsible behavior.

Worst fedex is here in saline mi. They alwas have problems this is the 3rd time that shipping lable unreadable even thou it made it from California to Michigan but from saline mi. Label is but they are a joke
