Absolutely terrible service. Package was mailed via Fed Ex 18 days ago and is still stuck at distribution center with no acceptable explanation. Avoid this courrier.

Delivery was listed as unable to deliver because of address. Address is correct and customer service was absolutely no help. Told me no information could be given because I was not the shipper. Within 20 minutes called and confirmed the address. Kinda difficult to deliver packages when you don’t stop your truck.

Most the drivers to not take the time to find the correct address and just leave packages wherever, leaving customers to track them down themselves. Would leave 1 star but the driver yesterday did take the time to deliver packages to the correct homes, including mine, that was delivered incorrectly the day before.
