Absolutely terrible service. Package was mailed via Fed Ex 18 days ago and is still stuck at distribution center with no acceptable explanation. Avoid this courrier.

I used to think FedEx was the better option when it came to shipping companies but my recent experience makes me want to avoid FedEx at all costs. Terrible logistics from a shipping company and even worse customer service.

Lost 3 packages so far, all from fedex. I live in an apartment with pending lockers, and they just throw packages outside of the building and leave them waiting to be stolen. How lazy can you be? :)
