“We are glad we chose Saline Flowerland to provide flowers for our wedding. Noelle did an amazing job putting together detailed options at various price points. She was very thorough and communicative, and when I changed my mind ahout a few things, she was always very receptive and flexible without hesitation. Would suggest inquiring about dimensions, as sometimes flower quantities alone can be difficult to visualize. Highly recommend!”

“Ordered a large Peace Lily on line. It was beautiful and exceeded my expectations on size and appearance. Also it was $10-$20 less than online competition. Buy local!”

“Stopped into Lilys Garden this weekend to buy my wife flowers. Harriet and Genevieve helped put together a beautiful bouquet. This is a cute florist in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. I love supporting locally owned small businesses and I will be returning for any flower needs in the future.”

“Gorgeous floral arrangement and top notch customer service!I had purchased online an arrangement for a memorial service. Milan Floral was kind enough to let me know that an identical purchase had been made by another mourner, and asked if I would like them to modify my arrangement so they weren’t identical. Very thoughtful, as they didn’t have to do that! I of course agreed to the modification, and both floral arrangements were gorgeous and the flowers looked very fresh!I’m a first time customer, and I’ll definitely use them again in the future! I’ll highly recommend them to others as well!Thank you, Milan Floral, for the beautiful flowers and amazing customer service!!”

“Been using Norton’s to send my Mom flowers for 18 years! It was easy no matter where I’m stationed in the military to give them an order over the phone or place an order online. My Mom always shows off the flowers to everyone when she gets them. Keep up the great work!”

“Very beautiful flowers for less than other places I've been. People were very helpful and even checked and switched all the flowers in the boutique that she felt needed fixed. I'm very happy we went here!”

“Norton Flowers & Gifts was delivering a special bouquet to be presented to a retiring staff member. The challenge was that it was being delivered to a dormitory on UM's central campus, and on a Saturday morning no less! When the delivery woman arrived, we couldn't find anyone in the building yet to open the door and I was still at home located north of campus. While I talked her through it on the phone, she walked around to the dorm's side door off the garden and put the flowers in a corner of the terrace where no one would see them. (I finally did get someone in the building, and they came out and brought the flowers inside.) This message is written both to say that the bouquet was gorgeous and to compliment the delivery woman on her resourcefulness!”

“Since there are some negative reviews here, I felt I should write. I have never had any problems here. The produce looks good, staff is friendly, and the store is just easier to deal with than the behemoths in Ann Arbor and Ypsi. Selection is decent considering the size, with some ethnic foods.”

“I had in incredible experience at this Sam's Club Optical Department. It began from the time I called-to my appointment as my prescription was out of date- thru picking up my glasses. Let me explain. A very nice person by the name of Tonya found an available appointment as soon as she could fit me in,which was extremely appreciated as I had broken my glasses.I had called multiple places only to be told that their first appointment was mid September because of the back to school rush. She was very courteous, and very helpful! I wasn't necessarily expecting that my entire experience with them would go like that but indeed it did. The optical assistant Alicia did some of the pre-testing. She was very professional and we were done in a hot minute. More on Alicia coming up because she went above and beyond. Dr. Edward Nelson came out to fetch me and took me into the office. I noticed that he had a lot of medals in a frame on the wall so I asked him what they were related to and he explained that he has been an optometrist in the Air Force during the Vietnam war and then continued to assist different bases to provide Examinations and care for the enlisted in the Air Force. He was very nice, very easy to talk to and I was so impressed that during his career he flew an F-14 (I think he said)/but don't quote me as I always get my jets mixed up! Anyway that put me at ease and for some reason the way he asked the questions when you have to say what's better and what's best which I always have difficulty with I was able to answer quite quickly. I know he just use different verbiage but it made a big difference for me.I can't recommend him enough, He told me during Vietnam he was not sent into battle, but in some of his other experiences between then and now he did have to go into the battlefield to see and treat patients. I thanked him for his service to our country.I actually found one frame that met all my specifications and that I liked out of all of them. Pretty amazing I'd say. I gave the frame to Alicia and she sent me off for a few minutes as they were busy with other customers and told me to shop or whatever I chose to do for 15 to 20 minutes -and return and they would be able to sit down with me and get the measurements for my new specs. I never have trouble shopping so I did just that and picked up a couple things which I brought with me up to the optical department. During that time I realized I did not have my Sam's Club card and I was panic stricken. I had been spending days and nights with my brother at the hospital and he had died the morning of my appointment at 11:05 AM. I think I would've had a better ability to cope had I not been sleep deprived and very sad. However I did go into my Sam's shopping app and under my account information was the code that they scan when you check out so I told Alicia that I was extremely upset and didn't know up from down right then and she just calmly told me to have a seat and tell her what the problem was. She assured me that I would be able to get my glasses and anything else I needed. She said the only thing affected- I didn't have my card I couldn't charge it to my Sam's account. I had other means to pay so that was no problem. She then did exactly what she said she would. She was so sweet talking in a very calm manner and being very empathetic to my situation. She then scanned my cards and I got everything from The optical department that I needed including the fact that I would be able to return in 10 to 14 days to pick up my glasses. She also took the time to go to a different register and scan the barcode in again. I would not have to do anything but leave the store when we were done. I honestly will never forget this it was such an act of kindness and I could tell it was genuine so I really want to express my thanks to her and I hope that Sam's Club sees this review and gives her some kind of reward for being such an outstanding associate! I was actually able to pick them up on Labor Day- Tonya looke”

“Oh how I missed Kroger while I lived in Texas. I love the deals that Kroger has. This one is located quite close to the area that I am staying. I like the option of shopping inside online or even having it delivered to my house. Definitely one of my favorite stores.”
