“Phenomenal place. The staff truly care about you as a PERSON (not just filling billable scripts) they frequently go above and beyond without lots of fanfare - just because it's the right thing to do.
This is the first pharmacy that's been able to fill my child's (uncommon) medication and avoid me having to delay her dose. Not only on time but they now have it ready *before* we even need it. HUGE stress lifted with this med alone!!

“The pharmacy tech is diligent and helpful. When there were insurance changes that happened at the beginning of the year, she let me know ahead of time that there might be price changes. I really appreciate that she made sure I was aware and gave me a chance to price shop. That's really outstanding considerate customer service.I was concerned about having to come into the store to present ID for the prescriptions and she took the time to explain to explain options with much less public contact. Again, I appreciate essential businesses who provide medical services that genuinely serve their customer base.”

“I was out of town and forgot one of my very important sugar level monitors dexcom G7 in Tampa Florida. I went to the local CVS and asked how I could transfer my prescription to pick it up. They gave me the directions and instructions and Mimi. The pharmacist was very helpful and supportive since I had to pay for this out of pocket. They were excellent at getting me a good RX discount and I was able to put my monitor back on. Special thanks to the whole team there at the CVS in saline Michigan. “My husband and I switched our prescriptions to Jensen’s over the past two years because they are super helpful and friendly and the pharmacist is always available for questions or concerns. Highly recommend giving them a try. The experience is vastly different than dealing with the larger chain pharmacies. Note: their business hours are shorter than the big pharmacies but manageable if you plan ahead.”
