“Seems like most of the reviews for this place reflect FedEx as a company and not this particular location. It is not open to the public but I had to take my package here because the store wouldn’t accept it because of the battery sticker. I buzzed the gate, the lady was super kind, took the package without complaint and I was on my way. Tracked the package and it left the facility around 3 hours later! I am grateful that she made this step in a rather complicated return process easy!Again: NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Do not arrive thinking you’ll be dropping your package at a storefront. There is a drop-box near the entrance though.”

They were extremely professional, and effective with communication. Additionally, the store was getting ready to close within one minute and they still allow me to complete my return with a positive demeanor. “Amazing staff! Second time using the Happy Returns here. I also sent a package today. We waited a bit in line. First, there was only one staff member receiving packages, and we were number 3 in line. About 5 minutes later, a second counter opened, which bumped us up to #2 in line. Other than the long wait to get to the counter, the service was great. The guy patiently and professionally explained things so I could choose the best shipping option for me.Free parking available. I love that there are spots for quick drop off, even though none was available for me today. It's easy to find a parking spot, no wait time.”

“This review is for the woman who helped make sure me and my kids were safe from a drunk homless person following us for a block or so. We went inside the store and I explained to the lady what happen.. So she let us stay inside the store a while, even letting my kids look at stuff like greeting cards, etc. until the person was out of the premises. she then even offered to walk us to our car that was parked several blocks away! This was not part of her job yet she was kind and watching out for me and my family, you do not see this type of kindness every day. ”

“a new employee urgently needs proper training. she incorrectly processed my amazon return. she took the box but didn't properly scan the return code. now the item is unaccounted for and I can't get a refund from amazon. other than this bad experience, the store is generally professional and efficient.the parking lot is very small and congested which makes going here unpleasant when it's busy.”

“Moving our son into UMich from Baton Rouge, Louisiana took some planning ahead. Through the class 2027 UMich Facebook site, I found out about John’s pack and ship. I was impressed with how simple they made the process. They sent the necessary box’s and labels and when we arrived at Markley Dorm we had about 10 boxes waiting. It was extremely easy to send from a 3rd party vendor as well. I can not emphasize enough how seem less this process was. I will certainly continue to use their services!”

“The staff at this location are great, I had a phone try to be delivered to the wrong address so I went here and the girl at the front tracked it down for me and called me when it came back to the location so I could come get it.The downfall is their automated phone system, which is why I had to drive out there. It doesn't understand anything and when you finally connect to someone they're half a world away and have no idea what you're telling them.”

“Just some pushback on the low reviews here! I've been going to this location for years and have never had an issue with return packages. There is rarely a long line. They print receipts on request. The notary service (which I have only used once, to be fair) is perfectly fine.The staff aren't actively *friendly* here, but no one has ever treated me rudely or otherwise made me feel uncomfortable returning.”
