My second visit and I am more happy than I was after my first 5 star visit. The people that work there are good! They help, don't push, will answer (reasonable) questions. Everything you want in a business.By far the best Verizon store I've ever visited.

Absolutely awful experience - whole visit took 2.5 hours and every 5 minutes the staff lied about when things would be done.Ask for a discount after they ruined the timing of my day and they lied again.Dont go here - what a joke
