Concierge service for transportation frequently checking on waiting room to assure a ride if needed. Every Garber staffer was welcoming, friendly, and respectful of my time and my Trax, Trixie. “I’ve always had good service experiences with Richardson’s. This is my first time in the midland service department. I’ve always took my vehicles to the Gladwin service department where my son in law worked as the service manager. He took great care of all my service needs and warranty work. I never had to worry he looked up my warranty’s and took care of everything. I’m not sure how this all works now since I don’t have Greg ortwein to take care of all my concerns as he took another position somewhere else. Does midland also do the same?”

“The tech (Ryan) arrived on time and had the tools and expertise to quickly remove the trim pieces and cracked windshield. He cleaned everything (including the dash!), and installed the new windshield and trim pieces. All-in-all, a fast and efficient job!. I highly recommend Safelite.”
“Wonderful folks here. Called them at 4:45pm last Monday, my truck had broken down and I needed a rental. Todd came and picked me up, they gave me a good vehicle... stayed late to make sure I was all set. Needed an extension on my rental term and took care of it over the phone, no hassle. When my truck was ready to be picked up, they gave me a ride back to the mechanic's shop. Friendly, straight forward, honest business. Highly recommend this place if you need a rental! They are able to diagnose & fix any problem we've thrown at them in terms of car repair/maintenance.
