BeachWay Resort & Hotel is a great, recently renovated lake-side place offering rooms and cottages. The rooms are described as nice, clean, modern, well-equipped, quiet, and comfortable. Some feature kitchenettes, dining areas, lovely patios, and amazing views of the lake and harbor. The staff is really nice, helpful, and courteous. The location is great with super easy access to the Saugatuck Chain Ferry, Mt. Bald Head, Oval Beach, and many trails. The nature nearby is great. Amenities include a super fun, cool, heated pool that glows at night, a waterfront Jacuzzi suite, grills for public use, and retro outdoor furniture. However, the location can be very loud with street noise and sound from adjoining units, as no soundproofing exists. Some guests noted challenges with the air conditioner and an uncomfortable pull-out bed. Despite some minor issues, guests found it worth a stay, a great place for rest and relaxation, and many would stay here again or return yearly.
This place is adorable. Beds comfy. Service good. Good location just down from the beach, more of an effort to get to town. Love the pool. Love the overall comfy, kitschy vibe. Good value. Bummer that the curtains are not black-out and walls are very thin (can hear the conversation of your neighbors).

Great place to stay in Saugatuck. Room was clean and comfortable. Heated pool was nice. Close to Mount Baldhead and Oval Beach. Minutes from downtown shops and restaurants.
